The classic - Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
- 5 cl Honighütten organic honey gin
- 10 -15 cl Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
- orange slices
- rosemary
Preparation:
- Pour the honey gin into a glass filled with ice cubes and
stir - Top up with tonic
- Finally, decorate with rosemary and an orange slice or orange peel

Zutaten:
- 4 cl Honighütten Bio-Honig-Gin
- 20 cl Bio-Apfelsaft naturtrüb
- Schuss Bio-Orangensaft
- Apfel- und Orangenscheiben
- Zimtstangen
- Prise Salz
Zubereitung:
- Die Säfte zusammen mit den Orangen-& Apfelscheiben, Zimtstangen und einer Prise Salz erhitzen und etwas ziehen lassen.
- Den Bio-Honig Gin in eine warme Tasse geben und mit dem Punsch auffüllen.
Munich Mule was yesterday!
Ingredients
- 5 cl organic honey gin
- 1-2 cl elderflower syrup
- 1-2 cl fresh lime juice
- Fill Ginger Beer
preparation
- Pour honey gin into a glass filled with ice cubes
- Add the elderflower syrup and fresh lime juice
- Top up with ginger beer as desired.
- Finally, garnish with ginger and lime and enjoy!
Mango Fizz
Ingredients
- 4cl organic honey gin
- 2cl mango syrup
- 2cl lemon juice
- Fill Soda Water
preparation
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes
- Add mango syrup, lemon juice and honey gin
- Shake and then strain into a long drink glass
- Then top up with soda water and garnish with mango.
Honey Gin Sage Punch
Ingredients
- 5cl organic honey gin
- 3cl lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Fresh sage
preparation
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes
- Add honey, lime juice and honey gin
- Shake and then strain into a wine glass
- Then top up with soda water if necessary. Garnish with fresh sage.
