When the sun drives away the winter in spring, our busy honey bees (Apis mellifera carnica) awaken from their hibernation and the first orientation flights begin.
We are still at the beginning of our season - so we still have to wait a little while for the honey.
To produce honey, the honey bee collects flower nectar and honeydew every day. We could try to explain the wonderful and varied flavors of the different varieties, but trying the taste of the honey yourself and discovering the different sweetness is much more exciting. Try to see it with different eyes. Depending on the variety of flowers and nature, our honey range currently consists of creamy flower honey and liquid forest and flower honey.
